PRE FLIGHT WIPEDOWNWe begin on the exterior with a wipe down of the leading edges, windscreen and windows. We then move into the interior where we perform a light wipe down, vacuum and any removal of any light trash left behind from the previous flight. This ensures that every time you or your guest board...there is a sense of cleanliness and relaxation for the flight ahead!
EXTERIOR DETAIL
We perform a full exterior water/waterless wash (depending on what is the best approach for the aircraft). Once that is complete we remove the soot or grease that is left from the turbines or that has accumulated on the bottom side of the fuselage. We then clay the aircraft to pull of any light contaminants that may be trying to bond to the finish which would rob the aircraft of its luster and causing it to feel rough to the touch. After all of that is complete we then use a paint sealant to offer light protection for approximately the next 4 - 6 months. This will help prevent the oxidation of the paint, which in turn, will help prolong the need for polishing or re-spray.EXTERIOR WASHWe perform a full exterior water/waterless wash (depending on what is the best approach for the aircraft). |
INTERIOR DETAIL
When we are performing an interior detail, we remove any debris or trash that may have started to accumulate. Once that is done we start cleaning the leather with light cleaners and/or steam or a combination and the use of fine boars/horse hair brushes and scrub pads to make sure we are scrubbing out the pores of the leather to ensure the best possible clean all while being the least aggressive to make sure no pulling of the leather dye occurs. When we are complete with the cleaning of the leather, we then condition (or ceramic coat) it to help prevent the drying or cracking of the leather.
We continue our way through by wiping down surfaces, veneer and the headliner, removing any light stains and finish our way out vacuuming. Making sure that when you step into your get away or office in the sky...you are ready to enjoy! CERAMIC COATINGS
The coatings that we have for your aircraft last for 3, 4 or 5 years depending on which one you opt for. In the aviation industry it is often believed that once your plane gets dull or oxidized, your only option is to repaint, which is a costly expense ranging from $30,000 all the way to upwards of $175,000. We however (in most cases) can save you that costly and inconvenient scenario. though it is not cheap, it certainly saves you a lot of time and money and restores the finish to it original (if not better) luster and gives you piece of mind for years to come!
